If you wish to return one or more of your items, you have 14 days from receipt of your package and must strictly follow the procedure below:

 

– Send an email to the address: service-client@oummi-abi-moi.com
Or fill out the form available in the CUSTOMER SERVICE section of our main menu.

 

– Indicate in the subject line “Return order + your order number at 5
numbers (written in the box on the return slip attached to your order / written in the order confirmation email) “.

 

– Mention in the body of the email the name of the item (s) you wish to return.

 

You will then receive by email all the information necessary to return the item(s).

 

 

– Preferably use the shipping sleeve in which you received your items.

 

– COMPLETELY complete and enclose the return slip attached to your order in your return package.

 

– Only items that have not been worn or washed, returned in the same condition as when they were received and still in their blister pack may be returned.
