You have 14 days after receipt of your order to submit a return request.
Return conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from odors and marks
- In their original condition
“Outlet” items are not eligible for return.
Please make sure to fold and protect your item properly for shipping, to avoid any damage during transport.
How to make a return?
- Fill out the Return Form below (30 seconds).
- Enter your order number + your choice (refund or store credit)
- Receive the return instructions
- Drop off your parcel at a relay point / post office
- Once the parcel is received and checked, we process your refund or store credit
Refund or Store Credit?

Store credit : processed within 24h after receipt of the return.
It is sent by email and is valid on the entire site for 6 months. -
PayPal refund : processed within 72h.
The amount is directly credited back to your PayPal account. -
Credit Card refund : may take up to 10 days.
Processing times vary depending on the bank.
The refund is always issued to the same payment method used when placing the order.
