Any order placed on the oummi-abi-moi.com site involves the customer’s full and unqualified adherence to these VMCs.
Any natural or legal person who has made a payment to Oummi Abi Moi via the payment platform (Stripe, Paypal,…) or cash as part of a handover is considered to be a customer.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions made through the website and internet hosting of Oummi Abi Moi.
2- Product information and compliance guarantee.

5- Payment methods
For any order with delivery, payment is due immediately on the date of the order. The accepted means of payment: PayPal Bank Card.
For hand-delivered, the order can be paid on the day of its validation on our website via Paypal or by Blue Card, or when recovering your items, then in cash.
Oummi Abi Moi cannot be held responsible for any costs related to payments that could be charged to the customer by his bank.
6- Shipping and delivery times
Once your order has been validated, Oummi Abi Moi agrees to deposit it for shipment within 3 business days.
Parcels are usually deposited at relay points or at the post office on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Shipping times can be significantly longer during restocking periods (an additional 2/3 days of order preparation).
The delivery times are then those specific to the services of Mondial Relay and La Poste.
Oummi Abi Moi disclaims any responsibility for delivery delays, or loss, if you have indicated an incomplete or erroneous address, or in the case of non-withdrawal of the goods within the time frame provided for this purpose. Also, if the delivery mode selected at the time of the order is not the one recommended.
Oummi Abi Moi disclaims any responsibility for the theft, or loss, partial, or total, of your parcel, after it has been handed over to the transport services mandated for the delivery of orders.
Oummi Abi Moi cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being the result.
