The delivery costs of the orders are those applied by the World Relay website and La Poste, and are based on the weight of your order.
We accept the following methods of settlement:
- Cash payment (valid only on hand-delivered)
- Paypal
- Blue Card
Once your order has been validated, Oummi Abi Moi agrees to deposit it for shipment within 3 business days.
Parcels are usually deposited at relay points or at the post office on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Shipping times can be significantly longer during restocking periods (up to 2/3 additional days of order preparation).
The delivery times are then those specific to the services of Mondial Relay and La Poste.
Oummi Abi Moi disclaims any responsibility for delivery delays, or loss, if you have indicated an incomplete or erroneous address, or in the case of non-withdrawal of the goods within the time frame provided for this purpose. Also, if the delivery mode selected at the time of order is not the recommended one.
Oummi Abi Moi disclaims any responsibility for the theft, or loss, partial, or total, of your parcel, after it has been handed over to the transport services mandated for the delivery of orders.
Oummi Abi Moi cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being the result. In the event of an unusually long delivery time, the customer can contact customer service via email via the "contact" section so that an investigation is opened with the carrier. No refund or return of the products may be made before the investigation closes (3 weeks to 1 month).
In case of damaged products, the Customer undertakes to notify immediately at the time of delivery to the carrier and to Oummi Abi Moi.
You can pay for your online purchases by credit card via the Paypal and Stripe secure payment modules.
Your credit card number and expiry date are encrypted and forwarded to Paypal or Stripe. At no time can Oummi Abi Moi or third parties have access to it.
The Paypal and Stripe modules have a high-performance banking data protection system and both payment platforms are very rigorous on securing online payment.

Once your order has been validated, an automatic email is sent to us, as well as to our Stock Manager Oummi Abi Moi France.
Your package is then prepared if it is a shipment, or an email is sent to you if it is a hand-delivered to arrange an appointment.
If you are dissatisfied with your order (e.g. size not suitable), it is possible to make a refund. You can check the CGU-CGV return conditions.
