Following the great success of the Assouan Wool Over-Abaya by Oummi Abi Moi, we introduced the Assouan Tunic!

We now present it in an enhanced version: this time in a superior-quality Premium Whool Peach fabric, with an extra accessory that will undoubtedly charm many of you!

The Assouan Tunic could originally be worn in two ways:

• Over your abaya or jilbab to add an extra layer for more coverage.
• On its own, paired with a skirt for a comfy and casual style.

Its special feature: a discreet elastic system in the sleeves to secure your wrists and ensure your awrah remains covered, bi idhnillah!

The Assouan Premium Tunic can now be worn in four ways: the two mentioned above, plus two sleeve styles thanks to the two elastics included:

• Without the elastics: wide, kimono-style sleeves.
• With the elastics: refined and classy tulip sleeves.

Additionally, its width has been increased by approximately 10 cm compared to the previous version.

Made with our new Premium Whool Peach fabric from Egypt, the Assouan Tunic is ideal for layering this winter.

The Premium Whool Peach is ultra-soft and fluid, draping like a second skin!

Its extra-wide cut makes it versatile, suitable to wear with any abaya or jilbab. For those who prefer wearing it solo, pair it with a matching or contrasting skirt for a practical and stylish outfit, perfect for all your daily activities.

A slight difference from the Assouan Wool Over-Abaya: this creation features an asymmetrical design, with a shorter front and a longer back for a true tunic effect, along with a curved hem at the front.

Two side slits are included for optimal comfort, and it also features a discreet nursing opening for moms.

Important: The Premium Whool Peach colors are not entirely tone-on-tone with the Classic Whool Peach fabric.

Size Guide

The Assouan Tunic measures approximately 68 cm in width across the chest. This width is consistent across all sizes.
It is available in four lengths. The size guide below ensures a long tunic effect similar to an abaya. For a shorter effect, choose one size down.

• T0: 105 cm front / 132 cm back (Height: 1.57m to 1.63m)
• T1: 112 cm front / 137 cm back (Height: 1.64m to 1.68m)
• T2: 120 cm front / 144 cm back (Height: 1.69m to 1.74m)
• T3: 126 cm front / 150 cm back (Height: 1.75m and above)

Care Instructions for the Tunic

• Wash at a maximum of 40°C with gentle spin (max 1000 rpm).
• Avoid tumble drying to prevent fabric creasing.

Tip #1: To avoid ironing after washing, hang your tunic on a hanger or a full-length drying rack.
Tip #2: If your garment carries static electricity, dampen your hands slightly and run them over the tunic after putting it on.
